Congratulations, the first ever African-American President....!!!
So, Obama dude has won.. From Washington to Washermenpet, celebrations all over the globe! But wait, What does it portend to us? Eh, No idea.. People believe that 'Obama Vijayam' will contribute to our betterment. I say, "ok da". That night, when 'he' was searching for a good place to strech out and sleep, people kept bugging him. Reading newspapers aloud, ranting whatever they googled, crapping the statistics (rounded off for simplicity).. The last time such a commotion happened, it was Osama in 2001... As one of my friend would say, "Torched".
Well, i am too inexperienced to talk about this, But this man has set a huge hope. When Rajan, the cab driver hoping a fall in the diesel price, Rajesh the "Engineer" is hoping to get his DOJ very soon. And oh, Not to forget about pattu maami who is really worried about the mega serial channels turning pay stuff, hoping the CAS will be lifted off. Ah well, I don't know what Mr. President has got to say. As of now, Lets hope atleast he bans the night shift. :)
Regards,
Visu.

Cool title...
But it's our president/prime minister/whoever wields power who also has to co-operate to help our lot....
Good post da... Let's see what he has in store...
@Sundar,
Absolutely da. Cooperation is what we need, Lets see.
"I'm asking you to believe. Not just in my ability to bring about real change in Washington.. I'm asking you to believe in yours."
- Mr. President.
Well... Obama has a lot of dirt to clear up..! The financial crap is first on the list...!
And u know.. banning the night shift ( or rather the entire BPO setup ) thing might have become a reality if it wasn't for the financial crisis...! Since Obama was against out-sourcing..! Now this seems very unlikely bcos all US companies will be desperate to cut costs.. hence BPO..!
All hail democracy..!
@Ak
One just can't cease outsourcing. India is the best and cheapest IT service provider.
@visu
yeah.. but banning outsourcing was on one of the major issues in Obama's poll campaigns.. but i dont think it will be his priority now...
Well, it's not important whether African-American or Amjikarai-American :)
It's important how well they gonna bring back the economy of US.
Lets see what Obama does :)
